-
Enable young people use their skills and energy to solve some of their pressing issues

OUR MODEL

PARTNER
Establish partnership with select schools
IDENTIFY
Assess the needs and challenges of the school.
CO-CREATE
Work with students and their educators to co-create a feasible solution.
LAUNCH
Implement the solution with seed funding and support from local mentors
These four components are key pillars to the kind of change we want to create in Liberia's secondary education sector. Our partner schools have demonstrated a desire to improve the learning environment and development of their students but realize there are several challenges to achieving such goal. They tap into the skills and resource potential of their students to create solutions that will address some of those challenges. We work with them to fix the different pieces that will transform their solutions into actionable projects. A major part of this process is the launch stage where students actually go back to their schools to launch successful projects or ventures.
REAL PEOPLE . REAL VISION . REAL CHANGE.
