
Marvin R. Tarawally
Founder and Executive Director, is studying Entrepreneurship and Business Management at Babson College in Massachusetts. He is a graduate of the African Leadership Academy, a boarding school in Johannesburg, South Africa, dedicated to developing the next generation of African leaders. He is passionate about education reform and creating opportunities through which young people can develop and achieve their dreams. He believes entrepreneurship is a major driver of economic development and a tool needed to rebuild communities across Africa. Marvin is a 2012 Global Changemaker and a current Emerging Leader Scholar at Babson College.

Ahmed K. Konneh
Co-Founder and National Director, holds a high school diploma from the B.W. Harris Episcopal School, Monrovia, Liberia and is a current student of the University of Liberia majoring in Chemistry and Biology. Ahmed Konneh graduated as president and valedictorian of his school and coordinated students’ relations with the school’s administration. He also implemented several student-led projects focused on empowerment and giving voice to students.

James Earl Kiawoin
Co-Founder and Chief Strategist, is studying Political Science and Public Health Policy at Colorado College in the USA. He is a graduate of the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg, South Africa. James Kiawoin has extensive leadership experience and has spent time working with students in the US and Liberia. He has worked with Youth Action International (YAI). James is a 2014 Princeton Fellow
